At the end of death, suffering and sacrifice
comes the beginning of a transformation,
but when we have to be our own executioner
we don't understand the meaning of "Resurrection".
Therehore, we rather hide behind the betrayal of
pride, bitterness and anger,
the things we believe that protects us from danger.

People ultimately find out it's very hard for them
to escape the miserable grip of life,
because it's merely impossible to release yourself
from a self-imposed prison sentence of strife.
Listen, for you to truly re-create who you are,
you must die yourself,
but the amazing thing about "Resurrection",
you serve someone else.

You can keep doing life the old way if you want to,
trying to climb, trying ot possess, trying ot gain,
but we already know what that will get you,
hate, conflict and pain.
So my leader in change knows what I'll forfeit,
well God, if it's You and me against hte world,
