In Memoriam: CHARLES FINNEY

On the morning of November 19, 2024, we received the sad news that Charles Finney passed of natural causes. He was dearly loved by friends, family and by the Unconditional Freedom Project team. As an artist and incarcerated Soulmaker on death row in Florida, Charles Finney created sculptures from paper, Q-tips, and other found objects. He makes pencil drawings as well. His friend shared with the Art of Soulmaking team that he was so grateful to share his art with us bringing him joy and purpose. He knew he was appreciated and that his art would be seen by many and sit on two Buddhist altars, blessed by our Tibetan teacher.
